Our Referral Coordinators play a key role in ensuring patients experience seamless, hospitable care at every touchpoint. This position supports the flow of communication between patients, providers, and specialists, helping each guest feel supported throughout their health journey.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical office or referral coordination is preferred, along with familiarity with insurance processes, prior authorizations, and EHR systems. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and external offices.
Salary:
$25–$30 per hour
We’re seeking a Compliance leader to safeguard quality, safety, and regulatory standards across our new Highland clinic. This role shapes systems, audits, and staff training to keep care both seamless and safe.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). 3–5 years in healthcare compliance or quality. Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and accreditation standards. Organized, detail-focused, and proactive.

$80,000.00-$100,000.00

We’re welcoming a physician to serve as Medical Director at our new Highland clinic—seeing patients two days a week while guiding and supporting our team of Advanced Practice Providers. This is a leadership role where you’ll shape the culture of care, ensuring that every patient interaction reflects our hospitality-first philosophy.
